Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a diverse range of bedding products, playing a crucial role in our supply chain management. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and to contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our operations.

• Supervise all warehousing activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping processes.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to enhance productivity and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate stock records.
• Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with other departments, including sales and production, to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making related to inventory management and warehouse operations.
