Your Main Responsibilities


  • Ensure the continuity of return processes by checking customers' information.
  • Ownership and quality control of the products coming to the warehouse from customers.
  • Be responsible for cargo processes.
  • Be responsible for IT ticketing system.
  • Check process quality of warehouse workers.
  • Evaluate authorization needs on 3PL side.
  • Responsible of reporting on the damaged products and return process.
  • Tracking return KPIs (dock to stock, t-desk SLA, refund on time).

Qualities We Are Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in warehouse logistics operations between 1-3 years.
  • Experience in e-commerce logistics is a plus.
  • Have a customer and result-oriented approach.
  • Have an analytical mindset.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, quality oriented, solution minded, high planning abilities.
  • Experience with WMS or ERP system
  • Excellent at MS Office.
  • Good level at English (both written and speaking), Arabic is preferred.
