Job Description

Job Purpose:

the Warehouse coordinator is responsible of Inbound & outbound for all goods transactions, he is responsible of all IN/OUT in the warehouse , and also assists with all logistic issues.
Key Tasks /Responsibilities:
  • Oversees general operations and activities, including shipment and taking deliveries, conducting stock checks, recording warehouse transactions, storage of inventory, and guaranteeing the safe and efficient operation of the material handling equipment in a warehouse.
  • responsible for stock control of warehouse cargo, coordinating the arrangement of storge, and performing documentation of the storage at the warehouse.
  • Responsible for the coordination of warehouse storage/items arrangement or rotation, as well as material handling security procedures.
  • Sorting & Picking sales orders goods from warehouse.
  • Stock: maintain IN/OUT details , storage, shortages, and track expiration dates etc..
  • Solving stock discrepancies
  • Stock counting: (receive confirmation report)
  • Any other Warehouse tasks
  • 1Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the place and adhering to security and safety requirements
  • Replacing other warehouse handler while his absence for all the related tasks assigned to him
  • Any additional tasks or orders are given by the superiors.

Requirements
  • qualification is not required, but is preferred if available
  •  At least 2- 5 years of experience in the warehousefield

Knowledge:

  • Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous
Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English.
  • MS Office, ERP systems.basic to intermediate proficiency is acceptable
  • Must be organized and punctual.
  • Well-presented and professional.
Key Performance Indicator:

  • Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
  • inventory accuracy.
  • Inventory to sales ratio.
  • Receiving cycle time.
