What You Will Do:
The Warehouse and Material Specialist performs work for the Hawk Patriot Sustainment Contract (HPSC) program, supporting the Royal Saudi Arabia Defense Forces (RSADF). The Warehouse and Material Specialist shall be proficient in material handling and warehouse operations to enable the receipt, stock, storage and issue of repair parts, consumables, Line Replaceable Unit and Battery Replaceable Unit (BRU) spares. Controls the flow of goods, services, and information from origin through delivery in order to meet customer requirements. Identifies Logistics strategies in capture phase. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as replenishment systems, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration, warehouse operations, and related functions.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Specialized in warehouse organization and needs assessment.
Specialized in warehouse design and determining the essential requirements (fire alarm, fire extinguishing system).
Specialized in handling material that is covered under the currently approved TAA, from and to the warehouse and requirement assessment.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English; individual is required to communicate both orally and written to enable the satisfactory performance of his required technical tasks as described above.
Must possess basic computer skills and have supply/maintenance experience; trained and certified to operate large vehicles and forklifts; possess familiarity with military supply/maintenance procedures, shipping and receiving, warehousing, purchasing and load testing of support equipment.
Required Education:
A minimum of ten (10) years of working experience in warehouse organization.
Working experience in material handling and requirement assessment.
Have knowledge in enforcing safety precautions in warehouses.
