Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
  • Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure tables are set, clean, and organized for the next guest.
  • Address guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Filipino National (required).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a waiter or in the food and hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
