Job Description

  • Greeting customers and assisting them in choosing the appropriate table.
  • Provided excellent customer service to guests.
  • Presenting the menu of available food and beverages and providing detailed information about ingredients and possible food allergies.
  • Preparing and setting up tables and ensuring the appropriate number of utensils, water bottles, and other table equipment.
  • Obtaining accurate food and beverage orders, using the point of sale ordering program or requesting vouchers.
  • Communicating order details to kitchen staff.
  • Ensuring that dishes and utensils are clean and sorted on an ongoing basis.
  • Arranging and setting the table and maintaining the appropriate appearance of the restaurant.
  • Following up on dirty dishes and equipment and carrying them to the interior of the restaurant to the organization department.
  • Following the rules of cleanliness, health and safety.

Skills

  • Proficiency in performing various mathematical operations.
  • Attention to detail and patience.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in organizational skills for various tasks
  • With the ability to perform well and withstand work pressures.
  • Good listening to customers and communicating positively.
  • Ability to work with a team
