We are looking for an experienced professional VP of People & Culture to oversee all human resources operations within an organization and ensure that all HR matters are carried on smoothly and effectively. Develop HR strategies, provide guidance to senior management, and ensure HR needs align with business objectives.
This leader will drive a high-performing HR team, optimize HR processes, and foster an environment of employee engagement and development.
What You Will Do❓
- Develop and implement HR operations strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization’s business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all HR operational matters, driving organizational success through effective people strategies.
- Lead the HR Operations team, providing clear direction, goals, and support for high performance.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
- Develop and oversee the onboarding process to ensure positive and efficient candidate experience and seamless employee onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to support the organization’s workforce planning, career development, and succession planning.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure legal compliance
- Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Maintain accurate HR data and leverage analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure the organization complies with all local, regional, and national labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Proactively manage risks by staying updated on changing labor laws and industry standards, implementing necessary changes in policies and processes.
- Oversee the execution of the company's performance management program, ensuring clear objectives, continuous feedback, and growth opportunities for employees.
- Support managers in coaching, feedback, and performance improvement processes.
- Create an Inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and have opportunities to grow
What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- 10 - 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing HR operations, Talent Management, Talent Acquistion, etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR laws, practices, and procedures, including employment law, compensation structures, and HR technology.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Familiar with the HIRS system.
