Job Description
In this role, you will guide the development and establishment of a Trade & Distribution strategy and plan
You will be responsible for:
· Guide the development of a yearly market offerings plan, budget and targets for domestic market
· Establish and manage relationships with key local tourism industry players and experience providers to enable the achievement of domestic tourism targets and identify new tourism opportunities
· Identify market offering opportunities to support domestic tourism across various destinations and time horizons (seasons)
· Manage and Identify package/destination improvement opportunities and report back to the business, in coordination with trade partners
· Lead distribution of products and trade collateral to trade partners to support co-op execution
· Supervise the assessment of local market gaps continuously, identifying soft product needs and other partner requirements
· Oversee market offerings deployment across destinations to ensure adherence to the set agreement
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need:
· Recommended not less than 17 years of experience in relevant field
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
