VP of Aviation
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing Aviation Department activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the Department’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive aviation strategies aligned with STA’s goals to enhance air connectivity and promote Saudi Arabia as a premier tourism destination.
Partnership Development: Forge and manage strategic partnerships with airlines, airports, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to increase inbound and outbound tourism.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aviation operations, ensuring the highest safety standards, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are maintained across all aviation activities.
Market Analysis: Conduct a thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to drive strategic decisions and enhance aviation offerings.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulations, working closely with relevant authorities to uphold best practices and standards.
Financial Management: Develop and manage the aviation budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing revenue and return on investment.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the aviation team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
Recommended not less than 14 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
