• Create and implement a visual merchandising strategy for the window displays, in-store displays, and other visual presentations that reflect the brand's vision and ethos.
• Lead and manage a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Ensure the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market.
• Create visually stunning displays that showcase the luxury jewelry products in an enticing and elegant manner.
• Ensure that all visual merchandising displays are executed with precision and attention to detail.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of visual merchandising strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including fashion and design, to incorporate the latest trends into visual displays.
• Manage the visual merchandising budget and resources effectively.
• Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Ensure compliance with company visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
