Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Village Compound - Operations Director to oversee our hospitality services division. This role is essential for driving operational excellence and ensuring that our projects deliver the highest standards of quality across our diverse range of long-term contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the division’s vision and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
  • Resource Management: Oversee operations, personnel, and resources for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting, to support stability and growth.
  • Manage risk strategies and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate performance using KPIs, foster professional development, and drive continuous improvement.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the industry, with direct responsibility for managing a large team or division.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on managing diverse teams and enhancing performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
