Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and creative professional to join Calo as a Videographer. The role involves brainstorming content ideas, planning, shooting, and editing short engaging videos that resonate with the Saudi market, captivate our target audience, and align with our brand's voice and objectives across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities

• Generate creative and trendy concepts for video and photo content that resonate with target audiences
• Plan and direct various video and photo shoots 
• Independently create and film engaging content tailored for different social media channels
• Utilize optimal lighting and ensure audio clarity through careful lens selection and setup 
• Edit videos and deliver them as finalized products
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual style
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to establish campaign objectives, complete assigned tasks, and and proactively address any issues 
• Suggest innovative ways to promote company offerings and reach customers
• Conduct research to stay informed about current trends, seasonalities, developments, and perceptions related to the subject matter, and contextualize findings accordingly

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Experience in creating viral, high-quality videos and ads that is relevant to the KSA market
• Exceptional communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic

Knowledge and Competency

• Experience using professional equipment, including cameras and lighting
• Proficiency with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience in stop-motion animation is a significant plus
• Creativity combined with technical abilities and editing skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing short videos and ads
