Location: SA Formulate the annual budget and quarterly reviews and monitor its performance against budget & business objectives and ensure that management is accurately and timely informed about the HR cost status of the company. Initiate and prepare manpower budget to ensure that effective and adequate human resources are available at all times to meet the operational requirements. Monitor & arrange timely renewals of the Trade Licenses & Registrations of the Company’s Head Offices and Branch Offices in order to maintain the continuity of the business and compliance of the legal requirements. Ensures that all company premises are maintained properly to project the corporate image and Arrange timely procurement of goods and services to meet the operational requirement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal & analytical skills Excellent communication skills and analytical ability Excellent presentation skills Strong Legal knowledge, Principles and Practices of Human Resource Management Bachelors / Master’s degree with specialization in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Psychology * 10-12 years’ experience in a progressive organization (Including 5-7 years in a senior managerial position)
