Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for vessel movements, including scheduling, planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with marine operations teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to and from vessels.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including manifests, customs paperwork, and logistics reports.
- Monitor vessel logistics activities, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable maritime regulations and safety standards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement.
