On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Vendor POC to join their team in Riyadh (On an As-Needed Basis).
Job Summary: Will manage relationships with vendors, ensuring
seamless communication and collaboration to enhance supply chain operations. Responsibilities :
Vendor Management: Serve as
the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, addressing inquiries and
concerns promptly.
Relationship Building: Foster
strong relationships with vendors to promote collaboration and enhance business
performance.
Order Processing: Oversee
the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of
products.
Performance Monitoring: Track
vendor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous
improvement.
Problem Resolution: Identify
and resolve issues related to vendor operations, inventory discrepancies, or
delivery delays.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work
closely with internal teams to align vendor activities with operational goals
Reporting: Prepare
regular reports on vendor performance and supply chain metrics for management
review.
Compliance: Ensure all vendor activities comply with company policies and local
regulations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management,
or a related field preferred.
Experience in vendor management,
supply chain, or procurement, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills.
Proficient in data analysis and
reporting tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking
abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with a
focus on continuous improvement.
