Ninja Food is on the lookout for a dynamic Vendor Onboarding Supervisor to manage and enhance our vendor onboarding processes. This critical role will involve overseeing the onboarding team and ensuring that all new vendors are effectively integrated into our innovative platform. Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and mentor the vendor onboarding team, ensuring high standards of performance and productivity.
  • Design and refine onboarding procedures to optimize the experience for new vendors.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure technical and operational readiness for new vendors.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for vendors during the onboarding process, offering support and solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Track and analyze onboarding metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensure seamless vendor transitions.
  • Gather and implement feedback on the onboarding process to enhance the vendor experience.
  • Prepare detailed reports on onboarding activities and successes for review by upper management.
  • Keep abreast of industry changes and best practices to continually enhance our onboarding process.
