Ninja Food is searching for a dedicated Vendor Onboarding Supervisor to lead our vendor onboarding process. This role will oversee the onboarding team, ensuring that new vendors are seamlessly integrated into our platform. Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the vendor onboarding team, providing training, support, and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement onboarding procedures to streamline the integration of new vendors into the Ninja Food platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all technical requirements are met and vendors are equipped for successful operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors during the onboarding phase, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the process.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the onboarding experience and gather feedback from vendors to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports on onboarding activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the onboarding experience for vendors.
