Vendor Management Assistant Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Vendor, in order to ensure and deliver on the Department’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for
Develop and maintain channels to capture vendor queries, such as online forms and email communication.
Log requests received from vendors, coordinate with necessary departments for information, and provide query responses.
Follow up with vendors to request feedback on their experience and address any concerns.
Periodically review vendor requests and feedback, identify recurring patterns or insights, and share findings with concerned departments.
Issue periodic vendor satisfaction surveys, collect responses, and update the database with results.
Compile vendor satisfaction survey findings into a report and share for review with relevant stakeholders.
Support the development of the business plan for vendor management, focusing on supplier relationships aligned with Procurement & Contracts goals and STA’s strategic objectives.
Collaborate with the Vendor Management department to develop performance objectives for the Supplier Relationships function and monitor progress toward targets.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, procurement, or equivalent is preferred
Recommended not less than 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
