Job Description

The Van Sales Representative plays a crucial role in the FMCG sector, acting as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. This position involves traveling to various locations to sell products directly from a van, ensuring that customer needs are met while also achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  2. Identify and target new customers to expand the client base.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and provide information to customers about product features and benefits.
  4. Manage inventory levels in the van and ensure that products are stocked appropriately.
  5. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  7. Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the management.
  8. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  9. Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost sales.
  10. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
