Key Responsibilities:
Daily Site Visits: Conduct daily visits to customer sites to understand their needs, provide support, and build strong relationships. Collect samples from customers to ensure that our solutions meet their specific requirements.
Site Team Engagement: Engage with the turnaround teams at oil and gas refineries and petrochemical plants daily,Provide ongoing support, follow-up on requirements, and ensure that our products and services align with their project timelines and specifications.
Target-Driven Sales: Work towards achieving sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the oil and gas and petrochemical plants in Jubail & Yanbu cities .
Market Intelligence: Maintain a strong understanding of local pricing and sources of materials related to pipes, valves, and bolts, Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to provide competitive solutions.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
