Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced UOC and Call Center Manager to join our team. As the UOC and Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Unified Operations Center (UOC) and Call Center, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services.
