UAT / SIT Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented UAT / SIT Tester with expertise in banking systems to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Banking Domain Testing:

• Apply solid knowledge of banking workflows, including core banking systems and digital banking.

✅ Test Execution & Automation:

• Conduct functional, regression, system integration (SIT), and performance testing.
• Utilize test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency.

✅ Test Case & Strategy Development:

• Design and maintain test cases, test plans, and test strategies.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for banking applications.

✅ Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
• Use JIRA or similar tools for test management and defect tracking.

✅ Bilingual Communication (English & Arabic):

• Must be proficient in both English and Arabic to effectively communicate with regional teams and clients.
• Prepare test reports, documentation, and presentations in both languages.

✅ Long-Term Project Handling:

• Manage and execute testing for long-term projects (2+ years) with a focus on quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Strong knowledge of banking domain workflows.

✔ Proficiency in JIRA, core banking systems, and digital banking platforms.

✔ Hands-on experience with functional, regression, and performance testing.

✔ Familiarity with test automation frameworks.

✔ Expertise in designing and maintaining test cases & test plans.

✔ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

✔ Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written & spoken).

✔ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

✔ Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business teams.
