In this role, you will be responsible for
· Leverage data-driven insights to create and adapt strategies and products that align with the needs of the market.
· Work with partners and consumer specialists to drive awareness and engagement through targeted media campaigns.
· Collaborate with both travel and non-travel partners to enhance marketing impact.
· Design and promote products and experiences that are in line with BU (Business Unit) strategic objectives.
· Focus on increasing visitor numbers and spending by creating tailored packages that align with the BU business plan.
· Ensure that the marketing calendar aligns with BU business plan KPIs to meet market targets.
· Execute plans for trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and stakeholder forums while maintaining a database of supply and demand partners.
· Use data to develop actionable insights that support strategic decisions and market adaptations while enhancing product and destination awareness.
· Create and maintain calendars based on market needs and KPIs, ensuring that promotions align with strategic goals.
· Oversee a comprehensive calendar for all marketing activities throughout the year.
· Collaborate with market-specific airlines, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), ticket aggregators, and DMCs (Destination Management Companies) to meet KPIs, develop deals, and create value-added activities.
· Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
· Turkish speaker
· Recommended not less than 8 years of experience in tourism, marketing, or any related field.
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Tourism.
