Job Description
Diagnose and Repair: Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul trucks, buses, and diesel engines, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment.
Inspect Components: Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other critical parts to ensure they are in proper operating condition.
Use Tools and Equipment: Utilize hand tools and power tools, including pneumatic wrenches and welding equipment, to perform repairs.
Test Drive Vehicles: Test drive trucks and buses to diagnose malfunctions and ensure proper operation after repairs.
Rebuild and Replace Parts: Recondition and replace parts such as pistons, bearings, gears, and valves as needed.
Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure that all repairs comply with safety standards and regulations.
