A Plant Operation Superintendent is responsible for Monitor and ensure the efficient operation, reliability and safety of the pump house, network, tank farm plants and related auxiliaries. Investigate and report incidents, suggests changes in operational mode and raise modifications. Review future projects specifications and engineering work, and supervise commissioning.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise the operation of the plant to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of employees and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and carry out necessary repairs and maintenance activities.
- Analyze production data and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of plant processes and equipment, as well as safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Must have Strong knowledge in Treatment Plant, and Wastewater Treatment.
