I am recruiting for a Treasury Manager role with one of the most ambitious and sustainable tourism developments in the Middle East.

This position is ideal for a seasoned Treasury professional with expertise in managing complex multi-lender and multi-currency facilities. We're looking for someone skilled in facility and debt management, capable of handling high-level negotiations and intricate documentation.

Key Responsibilities - Treasury Manager:
Facility Management: Lead negotiations for multi-billion SAR facilities, handling all legal and financial documentation.Cash Optimization: Oversee inter company transfers and cash sweeps, optimizing returns across the group.Bank Relationships: Manage banking operations, including KYC, mandates, and resolving payment/collection issues.Cash Forecasting: Analyse and enhance short- to mid-term cash forecasts to align with long-term objectives.


Profile

I6-12 years of experience in treasury operations, specifically managing and negotiating facilities exceeding SAR 1 billion.
