**Job Description / وصف الوظيفة:**  

We are looking to hire an experienced Transport Supervisor to oversee transportation operations, including coordinating drivers and supervising loading and unloading. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients.  

مطلوب تعيين مشرف حركة نقليات ذو خبرة للإشراف على عمليات النقل والتنسيق بين السائقين وتحميل وتفريغ الشحنات. سيكون المشرف مسؤولًا أيضًا عن الحفاظ على علاقة جيدة مع العملاء.

**Key Responsibilities / المهام الوظيفية:**  

- Follow up with drivers and ensure tasks are completed on time.  

- Supervise the loading and unloading of shipments.  

- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.  

- Manage daily operations to ensure high efficiency.  

- متابعة السائقين والتأكد من تنفيذ المهام اليومية.  

- الإشراف على عمليات تحميل وتفريغ الشحنات.  

- التواصل المستمر مع العملاء لضمان الرضا وحل أي مشاكل.  

- إدارة العمليات اليومية بشكل يضمن الكفاءة العالية.

**Requirements / المتطلبات:**  

- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).  

- Previous experience in transportation supervision or a related field.  

- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage drivers and clients.  

- Ability to organize and solve problems efficiently.  

- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابةً).  

- خبرة سابقة في إدارة حركة النقل أو مجال مشابه.  

- مهارات تواصل عالية وقدرة على التعامل مع السائقين والعملاء.  

- القدرة على التنظيم وحل المشكلات بشكل سريع.
