Transformation Advisor Position

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholders meeting.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation material for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Contributing in the transformation program especially the capital projects workstream and De Carb B.C development, preparing and issuing all division highlights including the transformation highlights ( Info-cards )
Developing project strategies.

Skills

Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
Assess project risk and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project members.
