Traffic Manager

Skills

Requirements:

• 10 plus years of traffic/transportation engineering experience;
• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering;
• Professional License in Nevada or ability to obtain Nevada PE within one year of hire;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Solid written and verbal communication skills;
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Experience in managing traffic staff;
• Design-Build Experience preferred;
• Experience with traffic analysis, microsimulation, and forecast modeling software;
• Manage relationships (including communications, workflow, and billing) with select outside preferred marketing vendors;
• Gather and collate data for marketing planning, creating reports, and mailing lists;
• Provide research on opportunities identified by leadership, including media outlets, competitors, and vendors;
• Manage/traffic/anticipate marketing projects and workflow processes to ensure projects are properly resourced, and delivered on time and on budget;
• Work with team to anticipate and troubleshoot department opportunities to improve process and workflow;
• Provide support for franchisee and client communications, including management of approvals for creative reviews.
