Eram Talent is looking for a Trade Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The Trade Compliance Coordinator will ensure our operations align with trade regulations and policies, securing our commitment to compliance both locally and internationally.
In this vital position, you will oversee trade compliance initiatives, conduct audits, and offer expert guidance to our internal teams. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that all import and export activities meet the regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and oversee trade compliance policies and procedures specifically for operations in Saudi Arabia
- Ensure adherence to all local and international import/export regulations
- Manages all the raw material suppliers (both domestic and imported).
- Conduct routine trade compliance audits to spot and mitigate risks
- Manages all imported MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations).
- Provides management of the Reverse Logistics service providers (e.g. spent catalyst, Return-For-Repair).
- Has responsibility for the implementation of all international shipment rules from destination countries along with required sanctioned party checks for all company customers, suppliers, and providers.
- Knowledge of the various Supply Chain modal operations
- Provide training and ongoing support for internal teams regarding trade compliance
- Maintain precise records of trade compliance activities and documentation
- Monitor changes in trade laws and advise management on their implications
- Engage with external partners including customs brokers and government representatives
- Assist in addressing trade compliance issues and implementing necessary corrective measures
