Role Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of innovative, authentic, and immersive tourist experiences that reflect Saudi Arabia's diverse culture, history, and natural landscape.
Design and implement experience-driven narratives that captivate and engage tourists, making Saudi Arabia's heritage and traditions tangible and meaningful.
Partner with local communities, cultural institutions, tourism operators, and other stakeholders to co-create culturally sensitive and sustainable
Stay informed about global tourism trends, emerging experience design practices, and consumer behaviour insights to ensure Saudi Arabia remains at the forefront of experiential tourism.
Regularly assess the effectiveness of designed experiences through customer feedback and data analysis, making improvements to optimize visitor satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of experiences across all touchpoints.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need to have:
Recommended not less than 8 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent is preferred
