You will be responsible for:
Play project management role to manage the value chain of products creation and amendment by working with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the team to work with relevant destinations to develop products across seasons.
Guide the product development with relevant entities (DMOs/RDAs) in alignment with strategic partnerships and PD MGT team.
Track product alignment with internal and external partners and product performance across channels.
Keep track of all products status against competition across seasons.
Supervise the process of developing products concepts to solidify the destination’s positioning.
Explore activation ideas to solidify the destination’s positioning with key source markets.
Explore integrations opportunities between the different products available, including products/seasons with airline and mobility in collaboration with BUs.
Develop solutions to ease accessibility/purchase of products.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need:
Not less than 10 years of experience in relevant field
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred
