purpose-driven experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management:Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of JABA's services, including guided tours, 4x4 adventures, water sports, and other experiences.Ensure all activities are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards.Manage the scheduling and logistics of activities, staff, and equipment.Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a team of operations staff, guides, and service providers.Foster a positive work environment and ensure clear communication among team members.Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve staff productivity and morale.Customer Experience:Maintain a customer-first approach by ensuring exceptional guest experiences in all activities.Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.Resource Management:Monitor and manage the use of JABA-owned assets, including vehicles, boats, and equipment.Ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to and coordinate repairs when necessary.Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements.Implement and monitor safety protocols for all activities and facilities.Reporting and Budgeting:Prepare regular operational reports for the General Manager, detailing KPIs, challenges, and improvements.Manage the operational budget and contribute to cost optimization without compromising service quality.Collaboration and Partnerships:Coordinate with external service providers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.Build relationships with local stakeholders to enhance JABA’s presence in Yanbu.RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with safety standards and local regulations in Saudi Arabia.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management tools.Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).A valid driver’s license.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking and executionCustomer-focused mindsetAdaptability and resilienceStrong attention to detailCollaborative and team-oriented
