Your Role As the Tools and Technology Integrations Expert, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of various tools and technologies with our recently developed IT Operations Management (ITOM) system. You will leverage the ITOM platform's capabilities to optimize policy creation, performance tracking, role definition, compliance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. You will also champion innovation and automation within IT operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements · Integrate diverse tools and technologies with the ITOM system to enhance its functionality and effectiveness. · Collaborate on the development and implementation of standardized policies and procedures within the ITOM environment. · Implement and optimize performance tracking mechanisms within the ITOM system, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. · Assist in defining and implementing clear roles and responsibilities related to ITOM utilization and tool integration. · Support compliance and risk management initiatives by integrating relevant tools and data into the ITOM system. · Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within the ITOM environment, leveraging automation and integration. · Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective utilization of integrated tools and technologies. · Drive innovation and automation initiatives within IT operations, leveraging the ITOM system and integrated tools.
What You Need · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. · 5-8 years of proven experience in integrating various IT tools and technologies. · Strong understanding of IT operations management systems, particularly ITOM. · Experience with automation and scripting languages. · Knowledge of API integrations and data exchange protocols. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
