Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled TIG/6G/ARGON Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, 6G pipe welding, and Argon welding, with a strong understanding of welding safety standards and procedures. The candidate should be proficient in welding different types of metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum, and must ensure high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:✔️ Perform
TIG, 6G, and Argon welding operations as per project requirements.
✔️ Read and interpret
technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
✔️ Inspect materials and welding equipment before use to ensure proper functionality.
✔️
Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces before welding.
✔️ Maintain high precision and
quality control to meet required welding standards.
✔️ Perform
weld repairs and finishing as necessary.
✔️ Conduct
visual and dimensional inspections of welded structures to detect defects.
✔️ Ensure compliance with
safety procedures and proper handling of welding tools.
✔️ Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines.
✔️ Maintain cleanliness and
organization in the workplace.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:✅ Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a TIG/6G/Argon Welder.
✅ Certification in TIG welding, 6G welding, or Argon welding (Preferred).
✅ Strong experience in pipe welding, stainless steel welding, and aluminum welding.
✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
✅ Familiarity with welding codes and safety regulations (AWS, ASME, etc.).
✅ Experience working in industrial, construction, or fabrication environments.
