Job Purpose / Objective
Coordinate all ticketing operations in the project in consultation with Ticketing Supervisor in Head office and ensure best and timely service to employees.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Process all booking requests for entitled tickets as per HMG Policy and Employment Contract.
- Issue confirmed ticket after fulfilment of all the requisite documents and necessary approval.
- Monitor all booking confirmation deadlines and inform the employees before deadline for cancellation or extension of the reservation date.
- Keep update the ticketing supervisor of any cancellation and amendments of reservation.
- Ascertain ticket accuracy and ensure all the related procedures are followed accordingly.
- Process all cash in lieu request for those employees who are not willing to travel.
- Help employees to choose the best airline for trip.
- Respond to employees inquiries with accurate up-to-date information.
- Prepare monthly report and compare it with the invoices issued by the agency.
- Review daily invoices received from authorized Travel Agencies and process for payments according to relevant HMG policy.
- Review and process the requests for Ticket encashment according to HMG applicable policy.
- Ensure all tickets issued within guideline, budget and with coordination with the concerned department/employees.
- Maintain accurate and up to date record related to ticketing issuance, cancellation, cash in lieu etc.
- Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
- Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
- Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
Education/ Professional Qualification
- College Graduate or Diploma holder
Experience
- Minimum One (1) years of relevant experience.
