Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Product Test Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in Wealth Management and Capital Market Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail ensuring the highest quality of our products. Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
Strong Knowledge of Trade life Cycle Strong experience in clearing and settlement Cycle and products Knowledge of FIXML messages Understanding of cash and derivatives products - Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases. - Provide thorough documentation of test results and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design effective test strategies. - Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. - Conduct both manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product reliability. - Analyze test results and work with developers to resolve any issues. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and testing methodologies. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process. - Monitor and report on the status of testing activities and product quality. - Provide training and support to junior team members on testing procedures and best practices. - Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. -Qualifications - Possess a strong technical background in Wealth Management and Capital Market Solutions. - Demonstrate experience in creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases. - Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring product quality. - Show proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques. - Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Display strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Be familiar with industry best practices and testing methodologies. - Have experience in Asset Management Operations (nice to have). - Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
