Job description
Main Duties:
Your main responsibilities will consist of:
Test Center Capacity Management:
Proactive coordination with internal relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient capacity utilization.
Ensure seamless registration process, aligned with company SOPs.
Regular communication with relevant cross functional teams to ensure continuous process improvement through the overall test journey.
Creating Center performance tracker to measure progress against well-defined benchmarks to ensure best ROI.
Efficient Test Day management
Applying ETS standards during pre, during and post test process
Immediate reporting of test day challenges, with proper actions to solve related issues.
Raising customer satisfaction bar to meet ETS standards in applying positive test day experience.
Compliance
Assesses adherence to standardized security protocols and procedures to maintain test integrity.
Regular detailed self-audits for related staff to ensure full compliance with company standards.
Applying recommended company methodologies and new ways of working to remain a role model in sharing best compliances practices.
Customer satisfaction
Developing well defined, measurable KPIs to track customer satisfaction throughout the whole test journey and time to resolution complaints.
Measuring Customer satisfaction through trusted and well tested post test surveys, Feedback forms and online reviews
Ensure on time response to customer complaints with contiguous active engagement in case of customer complaints.

Preferred experience
Skills
Minimum of 3/5 years of professional experience in managing test center in Saudi Arabia preferably English language test centers
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in data analysis, sales, and partnership building/client relations is desired
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Languages required
English (both verbal & written - C1 Level)
Arabic is a big plus
