Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity



  • Tracking trends, competitors, developments in products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager



  • Carrying out the sales-related activities in accordance with the regional sales targets determined in line with the company's strategies and sales targets and preparing the sales reports requested by the manager



  • Planning, implementing and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the sales targets and customer demands



  • Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer/partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs



  • Informing customers about purchasing methods (tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase etc.) and cooperating with the tender department in the projects decided to be procured and supporting the completion and reporting of the projects.



  • Keeping track of material delivery dates in their area of responsibility and informing customers



  • Carryingoutthedeliveryandinstallation of thematerials, providing post-salesusertrainingandattendingthesurgerycases.



  • Bringingcustomerbillstotheaccrualstageandfollowingupthecollectionswiththe Finance and Accounting departmenttoensurethatthecollectionsaremade at givenduedates



  • Communicatingcustomerfeedback (complaint) totheQuality Management Representativeand Manager, evaluatingthefeedbacks in theirownarea of responsibility, takingnecessaryactionsandreportingthemtothecustomerandrelatedpersons



  • PreparingtheCongress/Demo materials, usingthemappropriatelyanddeliveringthematerialstothestorehouse in a sterilizedandnon-damagedcondition



  • Communicatingthescientificsupport requests & planstothe marketing department in theregionswhere they workandsupportingtheprocess.



  • Providingsupporttologisticsteamwhenneeded.




Profile requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related 


  • 1-3yearsexperience


  • Experience in relevant field


  • Works collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives using communication and diplomacy skills. 


  • Evaluates situations using multiple sources of information.


  • Acts with integrity and knows how to keep commitments in a timely manner.


  • A good understanding of the procedures and concepts within own discipline will be acquired through job related training and on the job experience.


  • Proficiency in English


  • Proficiency in MS Office programs


  • KSA driving license


  • Strong communication skills


  • Team Player


  • Customer Focus


  • Open to change, highly responsible
