We are looking for a
Territory Sales Director based in Riyadh to lead our sales initiatives in Saudi Arabia. This is an individual contributor role focused on cross-selling our acquired products (IFS Assyst ESM, Poka Workforce Management) and success portfolio, driving growth, and expanding our market presence.

What You’ll Do:



Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales and success portfolio targets in the region.
Championing our products, promoting their value, and driving adoption within the market.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, presales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and optimized customer experience.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with channel partners, working collaboratively to identify new opportunities, expand market reach, and drive joint success.
Preparing and presenting forecasts, budgets, and pipeline development reports to ensure predictable performance and regional growth.

Job requirements



What We’re Looking For:
Customer Portfolio: Proven experience in a similar role within the AI, SaaS, or contact center solutions industry.
Sales Expertise: 10+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Customer-Centric Approach: Familiarity with customer service practices and methodologies.
Regional Knowledge: Long-term residency in Saudi Arabia, with deep insights into the local market and culture.
Professional Presence: Strong command of English, excellent presentation skills, and a professional demeanor.
Flexibility: Based in Riyadh and able to travel as needed.
