  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in tendering practices.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tendering, cost estimation, and contract management within the [specific industry, e.g., construction, engineering].
  • Proficiency in tender management software and cost estimation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
