Exiting opportunity to perform as Custody Operations specialist with proven local securities market experience and support the implementation of new initiatives. You will have an opportunity to develop your people management skills and provide the on-going support of the business.
As a Direct Custody and Clearing Operations Analyst within the Operations team, you will be innovative team member with the requisite skills and experience to instigate change and ensure an efficient, controlled operating model. Your responsibilities will include defining and managing the operating model, determining technology requirements, and establishing business processes to support new business initiatives, all while maintaining a robust control environment.
Job responsibilities
- Casts the vote for proxy in Saudi Market
- Provides processing support for effective and efficient process delivery of Custody Meeting in the market and voting Operations process
- Reporting the monthly report for Proxy voting
- Confirmation to client the voting has been casted.
- Complies with firms policies and Standard Operating Procedures
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines
- Display high levels of integrity; operate on the basis of open and honest interaction.
- Knowledge of MS-Office with proficiency in MS-Excel.
