Job Description

As a Temenos T24 Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the Temenos T24 core banking system. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure the system is running efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the organization. This role requires experience working with financial institutions, understanding their operations and processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and administer the Temenos T24 core banking system.
  2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  3. Implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  4. Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement system improvements.
  5. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Preferred Candidates:

  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in administering Temenos T24.
  2. Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
