As the Sales Operations Executive - Mortgage, you will be responsible for following up with clients, ensuring they provide the required documents for a loan eligibility check, and guiding them through the loan application process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Contact clients to follow up, build rapport, and collect necessary documents for a loan eligibility check.
  • Proactively assist clients in submitting loan application documents and ensure smooth processing with banks.
  • Maintain strong, persuasive communication to provide updates, answer queries, and guide clients toward finalizing the sale.
  • Collaborate closely with mortgage consultants to streamline processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns effectively, overcome objections, and escalate any issues that may arise to close deals.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize client engagement and sales potential.
