ROLE OVERVIEW



We are seeking a motivated and versatile new graduate to join our team as a Technical Systems Analyst. In this role, you will work across various domains, combining technical expertise with analytical skills to support the development and integration of cutting-edge software solutions, including Generative AI implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software development, system integration, and efficient vendor management while contributing to innovation and operational excellence.


This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in software engineering, data analysis, and system integration while gaining hands-on experience in emerging technologies like Generative AI and cloud resource management.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES


The Technical System Analyst responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


Software Engineering & Integration


  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Write, review, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and secure code.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and maintainable software.
  • Collaborate on the integration of third-party software into the Adassa platform.
  • Assist with QA testing to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software systems.

Generative AI & Research


  • Research and implement Generative AI solutions to improve business processes and workflows.
  • Conduct workload estimation and technical research into GenAI and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze technical requirements to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting


  • Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights for system optimization.
  • Assist in reviewing technical proposals and recommending improvements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including system manuals, user guides, and process flows.

Cloud & Security Resource Management


  • Support the analysis, management, and maintenance of cloud hosting resources.
  • Collaborate with the CISO and IT teams to ensure software security and compliance.

Project & Stakeholder Collaboration


  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to project meetings with technical insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with software vendors, ensuring efficient project execution.

General Contributions


  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software development and system analysis.
  • Support strategic initiatives within the department and the organization.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • Minimum of 3 years' post-graduate experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset
  • A passion for coding, technology, and getting your hands dirty with various tasks
  • Successfully completing all relevant background and documentation checks is a requirement to meet eligibility criteria.

Qualifications


Degree in the relevant field of computer science, data science and/or technical entrepreneurship
