We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to contribute to our diversity team's initiatives. If you're passionate about air conditioning unit design, testing, and building customer relationships and partnerships, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. This position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
Design systems to minimize energy consumption using energy-efficient equipment and systems, such as high-efficiency HVAC units, Maintain awareness of Danfoss climate solution products, selection, and specifications, Conduct thorough discussions with clients to understand their needs, Review designs to minimize waste and maximize efficiency, reducing the carbon footprint associated with construction activities, Ensure MEP systems are perfectly designed for each building on time, within the client's budget, and in compliance with local regulations, Provide technical support and advice on the selection of PICV valves and heat exchangers for customers, Improve Danfoss brand and product awareness within the region, Gain a deep understanding of customer applications and become proficient at applying Danfoss products to their applications, Evaluate, develop, and implement in-house technical training requirements for customers, sales engineers, and Danfoss partners, Coordinate with the Danfoss Approved Service Partner network on all activities related to the after-sales and project markets, Coordinate application support with Tech Support to provide OEM customers with product sizing by utilizing Danfoss selection tools (Coolselector2, A3S, and HEXACT).

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a technical background,5 years or more experience in the related field, Having LEED, CMVP and CEM certificates are plus, Communicates effectively across cultures, Customer oriented mindset with persuasion skills, Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and Power Point, Willing to travel locally, Self-starter yet good team player who can work with little supervision and with passion for supporting customers, Able to work with sales team / customer service representatives to support customers and projects,
