In this role as a Technical Success Manager, you will be on placement at Saudi Professional League (SPL) headquarters in Riyadh, directly supporting this strategic customer as they work to derive maximum value from their licensed Stats Perform products. This is a hybrid role, with aspects of customer support and in-country services. The working location will be from the SPL office.
Supporting local service and data projects on the ground, this is the chance to work in partnership with the SPL to drive results for Stats Perform and Saudi football.
Responsibilities:
•Provide technical support to SPL Football Development Department in producing customized analysis and data reports.
•Perform time-critical activities to support the operations of data analysis, some of which may involve post-game work.
•Ensure that all required reports are delivered on time.
•Provide training and technical support to SPL Football Development Department members and SPL Clubs Performance Analysts.
•Meet with SPL club coaches and analysts to provide additional information about the technical reports and if required training on the Stats Perform products.
•Work with a global team of technical success managers at Stats Perform, liaise with technical items relating to Stats Perform implementations delivering on Stats Perform customer success strategy.
