The primary goal is to demonstrate SCIEX technology effectively and positively, leading to business growth.Key Responsibilities:On-site Support and Method Development: Deliver high-quality, on-site LC/MS/MS method development advice and ongoing support to end-customers, ensuring the Customer’s Success Journey is effective and sustainable. Assist customers on-site and remotely throughout the system's lifetime with troubleshooting advice, tips, and tricks to ensure smooth operation and high customer satisfaction.Training Delivery: Take primary responsibility for delivering high-quality training courses at customer sites and SCIEX facilities across EMEA-I. Ensure comprehensive training to customers and channel partners to maximize their understanding and utilization of SCIEX LC/MS/MS systems.Technology Demonstration and Sales Support: Demonstrate SCIEX LC/MS/MS technology to prospective customers during the sales process. Support channel partners, regional managers, and technical sales specialists with application knowledge to drive sales opportunities.Relationship Building and Market Intelligence: Build and maintain contacts with key opinion leaders and customers within the territory. Monitor regional trends to improve visibility, market understanding, and competitive intelligence, providing feedback for strategic decision-making.Channel Partner Development: Develop channel partners’ application specialists' knowledge on relevant SCIEX products and workflows. Identify and deliver training needs for the channel partner’s support team to ensure compliance with SCIEX and Danaher requirements.Compliance and Integrity: Ensure channel partner compliance with all SCIEX and Danaher requirements, maintaining integrity at all times.Qualification, Skills, and Experience:Experience: At least five years of hands-on LC/MS/MS experience in a method development capacity, with experience on SCIEX systems preferred. Proven track record of delivering training to users of LC/MS/MS technology. Evidence of a customer-first background.Education, Skills, and Knowledge: Resides in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Degree qualified in Life Science. Strong people influencer with motivational and coaching style. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Strong analytical background and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to articulate a clear vision and convey a sense of urgency. Capability to work in a matrix organization with direct and indirect reporting relationships.Personal Characteristics: Customer-first mentality.
