GENERAL SCOPE
Technical Sales Rep is in-charge for inspections, servicing, IMAP reports • Product training to operators / supervisors ifnecessary. • Technical Sales Rep is in-charge for inspections, servicing, repairs and creating reports of equipment under his/her budget & Taski Machines as well • Handling data management software in regard to machine/dispenser status and creating reportsfor customer as well as for internal usage • Develop & manage Sales leads funnel in Oracle CRM • Performs technical presentations and demonstrate superiority of product / services that meets/exceeds client needs. • Strengthen and improve customers businessrelationship
