Octopus by RTG is hiring for a reputable company with headquarters in Riyadh a skilled Technical Recruiter to join the team.


Position Overview


We are seeking experienced IT Recruiters to join our team on a six-month, project-based assignment. As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for complex technical roles, sourcing candidates, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet hiring needs.


Key Responsibilities


  • IT Recruitment Expertise:
    • Proven experience recruiting for complex technical positions across various IT disciplines.
    • Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Market Knowledge:
    • A deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian recruitment market, its trends, and dynamics.
    • Expertise in identifying top talent and understanding the regional job market.
  • Recruitment Activities:
    • Engage with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and define specific hiring needs.
    • Conduct initial technical interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.
    • Administer and evaluate SHL assessments (Cognitive, Personality, and Situational Judgment Tests), delivering comprehensive reports to the client's management.
    • Oversee the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring procedures.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer:
    • Work closely with the client’s internal team to share recruitment best practices and enhance their talent acquisition capabilities.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure the seamless integration of new hires.
